Suggested Use
Adults – Take 3 capsules daily, preferably before meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Caution
Do not use if you have high blood pressure. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are taking antibiotics, antihypertensives, antipsychotics, and/or blood-thinning medication; or if you are undergoing therapy for diabetes.
