Please calculate both the processing time and your selected shipping method carefully to ensure timely delivery.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian holidays.

Disclaimer: All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, customs clearance, weather disruptions, or incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Responsibility for Shipping: Once your package has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery is subject to their timelines and processes. Any delays, delivery issues, or lost packages must be resolved directly with Canada Post.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages: All packages include up to $100 coverage through Canada Post. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with Canada Post. Note that claim resolution is subject to Canada Post’s policies and timelines.

1. Tracked Packet and Expedited Parcel Shipping Option: $13 CAD

Receive your package in 2–5 business days*

This is our standard shipping method. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post using Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel service.

** Orders over 1 kg may be charged based on actual shipping costs.

2. XpressPost Shipping Option: $22 CAD

Receive your package in 1–3 business days*

This is our express shipping option. Orders are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost service.

  • Email notification with your tracking number upon shipment

Important Notice: Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when Canada Post attempts delivery, a notice will be left. However, some customers miss this notice and the package is returned to us.

To avoid this, check the tracking link often. If the tracking page indicates a delivery attempt but you didn’t receive a notice, contact Canada Post directly at 1-866-607-6301.

Provide your tracking number and ask for the local postal unit address where your item is being held. You may either reschedule delivery or pick it up in person with valid photo ID.

Unclaimed Packages – Return Policy

Canada Post holds packages for:

  • 15 days for Expedited Parcel
  • 5 days for XpressPost

After this period, the package is returned to us. You will be contacted to either resend or cancel your order. The following charges apply:

  • Option 1 – Re-sending: A $30 reshipping fee applies (includes $18 return + $12 resend cost).
  • Option 2 – Cancelling: A $20 cancellation fee applies (covers return shipping and transaction fees).

We do not profit from these fees—they reflect direct costs incurred, including postage, materials, and labor.
